struts hibernate spring 集成问题 ！applicationContext-*.xml 不能正常创建加载bean

struts hibernate spring 集成问题  ！applicationContext-*.xml 不能正常创建加载bean在网上也找了好些例子  配置文件也没问题  最后测试发现 在applicationContext-*.xml 里面写的bean都没创建
有没有可能是 applicationContext-*.xml没有加载上来  还有就是ssh集成之间的版本 会不会产生冲突   一般都用那些版本 ？？谢谢大家了！ 小弟分不多 请大家见凉
