一般2个都是分开的。James 服务器不错，我自己作了一个最简单的web客户端，呵呵！

呃~~~很少的说。
lz可以看下zimbra的开源版本。不过功能有限制http://www.zimbra.com/products/product_editions.html,作为产品实际使用困难些。不过可以用来学习（接触过，但是没有当产品使用过）。如果是用于产品的话还是选择James+开源的web client。这样可选择的余地也很多。GatorMail和jwebmail都可以作为web client。

James 服务器不错。不过需要稍微学习一样，不过你要是装vlinux了就不需要vjames了，linux本身就能发邮件。
然后找个客户端就是了，我用过一个叫做claros-intouch的，效果很炫。推荐使用以下。这两个搭配到一起就无敌了。哈哈
