调用web service wsdl时出错。

刚开始学WS，在MYECLIPSE里写了个WS，然后按照教程的方法，在web service浏览器的输入WSDL的URL：http://localhost:8080/cscd/Services/CalculateScoreService?wsdl
却调用失败，给出的提示信息为：
IWAB0379E Unable to open http://localhost:8080/cscd/Services/CalculateScoreService?wsdl.
IWAB0135E An unexpected error has occurred.
WSDLException
WSDLException: faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: http://localhost:8080/cscd/Services/CalculateScoreService?wsdl而我先前按照教程上例子重做了一遍，写了个helloworld，是可以调用的。
