axis2 Rampart

想使用Rampart去实现web service security,但是在配置rampart是出现问题。
根据apahce管网上的说法，我在axis2.xml中加入了<module ref="Rampart"/>，然后我重新启动Tomcat，去访http://localhost:8080/axis2/axis2-web/HappyAxis.jsp显示错误信息Examining Version Service
There was a problem in Axis2 version service , may be the service not available or some thing has gone wrong. But this does not mean system is not working ! Try to upload some other service and check to see whether it is working. 然后访问其他网页如http://localhost:8080/axis2/services/listServices
回提示：Internal server error .不知道是怎么回事，想问问有哪位达人知道这是怎么搞得。
