websphere发布的问题！怪！～～

在websphere6.0中发布spring的应用时，出现如下错误，一直没有解决，请大家帮忙了～～谢了先！！！
org.springframework.beans.factory.xml.XmlBeanDefinitionStoreException: Line 20 in XML document from ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/configs/app-context.xml] is invalid; nested exception is org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-elt.1：找不到元素“beans”的声明。

xml文件错误，特别是头里的版本是不是和jar匹配再次确认你的 Spring 的版本吧！

中文编码的问题，换成UTF-8格式看看。
