如何在eclipse编写和运行JMS客户端连接上weblogic(主要是步骤、以及所需的配置)

本人对JMS不熟悉，弄了很多天在eclipse下写了简单的Consumer,Producer但是运行总是出现
Exception in thread "main" javax.naming.CommunicationException [Root exception is java.rmi.ConnectIOException: error during JRMP connection establishment; nested exception is:
JMS Module和JMS Server都已经配好，并且更奇怪的是在命令行设置号环境变量后可以运行Consumer和Producer，但是在eclipse下却报了以上的异常
我想问一下是否是应为还有jar包未导入，还是运行的时候配置还没设置。希望大家帮我解决
