url 写错了？需要指定一下数据的编码类型，同时和你的页面编码类型要相同。最好以数据库的为准。一般是UTF-8、 GBK

我用我本地的tomcat 发布同样的工程，连网上的数据库不会出现乱码？ 这是不是因为tomcat的配置问题？
