    首先去载一下插件
    下载.nbm格式的。
    然后在netbeans的更新中心手动更新装载.nbm文件。
    更新完之后，就可以在上面的菜单栏看到相应的选项了

     hibernate官方提供了其在netbeans上的插件，下载他nbm文件，安装上的是update   center里面的更新地址；然后再在这个更新地址里面安装或者更新hibernate的所有插件——包括开发hibernate要用到的近十个组件或者lib
