tomcat下配置jsp，求高手指教！

我在tomcat下配置jsp后，环境变量也配了，然后在地址中输入：http://localhost:8080/myapp/index.jsp 但页面无法显示，请指教！出现以下错误：type Status reportmessage /myapp/index.jspdescription The requested resource (/myapp/index.jsp) is not available望高手指教！

能看到tomcat的欢迎界面

还是不明白为什么不能运行jsp?

index.jsp中是不是调用到一些东西，
需要在WEB-INF中有所配置？
