web 服务怪问题

我的机器通过局域网的代理服务器连接Internet，我机器上的应用程序可以成功访问Internet服务，但我机器上的web服务却不能访问Internet服务，总是报连接不上的错误，是不是要设置什么东西呀？

    Private IP：   192.168.0.12
    Protocol Type：TCP UDP Both  
    Private Port： 80
    Public Port：  80   
    Schedule   Always Virtual Servers List    
    Name Private           IP          Protocol     Schedule   
    Virtual Server FTP   192.168.0.12  TCP 21/21     always  
    Virtual Server HTTP  192.168.0.12  TCP 80/80     always
