如何彻底解决tomcat的乱码问题

并且在脚本处写上<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=Shift_JIS">//已经测试通过,设置的是日文的字符集!!

如果用Mysql的话，楼上的设置似乎还是不行的，还要在程序里设置转换的
String col1=rs.getString(1);
String col2=rs.getString(2);
col1=new String(col1.getBytes("ISO-8859-1"),"GB2312");
