    在DOS下用：native2ascii -encoding GBK 原资源文件名  新资源文件名
    转化成功后，你将新资源文件复制过去，在配制文件改成用这个文件名就行了。

    先写一个中文的定义文件chinese.txt
    格式是：material.typecode=类别编号
    在Dos下运行native2ascii chinese.txt ApplicationResources.properties
    会生成一个
    ApplicationResources.properties文件
    最后在页面用
    <bean:message key="material.typecode" />
    就好使了····
