    通常插件下载连接处都有for eclipse xx的信息， 表示适用于eclipse的xx版本，你改用3.0的话需要重新下载相应的插件。如果你不知道插件的作用和用途时，就别下载它了。
    btw，建议2.1和3.0都保留，放在不同目录中，如eclipse2和eclipse3,这样即不影响你在老版本下学习，有可以在新版中尝鲜。
