获取当前时间

一直不明白
System.currentTimeMillis();
调用这个方法得到了与格林威治时间差距的long数据，然后我要转换成“月 天 年 小时 分钟 秒”的格式，请问该怎么做？Calendar？Date？
求大虾指导

SimpleDateFormat sdf= new SimpleDateFormat("MM-dd-yyyy hh:mm:ss");
sdf.format(date);
