怎么访问在JTextField中的数据

是这样的：我用NetBeans IDE建立JFrame窗体。在设计窗口上面，我添加了一个JTextField文本框。现在我希望在同一个项目里面新建一个类，该类可以获取到JFrame类中JTextField的数据。但是JTextField是private。不能更改的。现在我该怎么操作？

在JFrame类里面添加一个共有的方法，返回JTextField的内容让新类持有JFrame类的引用，通过引用调用共有方法，返回JTextField的内容

是啊，我也准备这么干，但是小弟才学java，对于这个JFrame类在外面引用不晓得怎么下手~~
是不是直接在另一个类中import  JFrame.java
