firefox 中如何使用js获取当前应用名

jsp中我们可以使用${pageContext.request.contextPath}获得
而在IE中可以通过js 使用window.location.pathname获得 然后再截取
那么在firefox中如何获得呢？ 貌似ff不支持location

  var contextPath = document.location.pathname;
  var index =contextPath.substr(1).indexOf("/");
  contextPath = contextPath.substr(0,index+1);
  delete index;
  return contextPath;
