emacs的中文显示和输入问题

Question

我以前用过 GNU Emacs 21.2 for windows，默认不能显示中文。
不过通过设置.emacs是可以的，另外还要设置才可以使剪贴板正确储存中文。
不过我现在不用这个东西了，你自己看看菜单中应该有选项的。
