copyOf为什么过用不成功？

楼上说了其中一个公式，书上另一个公式是
static type copyOf(type[] a. length),这个公式我试过，可以成功。但是我上面的公式不知我在哪里运用错了。

Arrays.copyOf 没有  3个参数的方法。
