叫自己class里面的synchronized method,是什么意思？？

完全可以。
因为她已经拥有lock了。
另外，你的称呼不大确切，
应该叫：调用自己实例得 method，而不是类得。

谢谢楼上大师的指点。可这么一来，我就实在找不出原因为什么我那几百个 Thread 叫不醒(用notifyAll()).:(“实例”是不是 an instance of a class? 
我倒不用明确的 create a new instance, 这个method 是在applet class 里面的，每次运行applet的时候它自己就create a new instance of the applet object了吧有点绕嘴，不知道我说明白了没有。
