**Help Help******读不出数据

<META HTTP-EQUIV=Content-Type CONTENT=text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1>这些标记，就什么都读不出来，其它类型的<META>都没问题
是不是与          URLConnection conn = url.openConnection();
          Reader in = new InputStreamReader(conn.getInputStream());有关？？？？急！
