    在applet中由于安全问题，你不能访问磁盘文件，必须使用数字签名，或者写一个.policy文件。
    你装一个jre,你看applet的时候，就可以通过java控制台来看出问题所在。最简单的方法写一个.java.policy文件到当前用户的文件夹，比如C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator。
