如何调出另存为窗口

这样调出的另存窗口保存的是整个WEB页的内容吧,我希望保存一些我需要的内容,以IOStream的方式写入文件.
我现在用JFileChooser实现了另存窗口,但它总出现在WEB页的后面,要将WEB页缩放才能看到,不知是怎么回事,另外有没有对应于JFileChooser的外观接近传统WINDOWS界面的类.
