关于子进程的创建

Develop a small program in Java 
that does the following: 
  · a parent process creates a child process that prints its PID 
  · the child creates a grandchild and sleeps 120 seconds 
  · the grandchild immediately exits 
  · the parent sleeps for 60 seconds and then kills all the   processes

我是个初学者，请大家帮帮忙看看，我是用以下这句话来定义子类的，想继承Process类，public class Simpleprocess extends Process{}但是出错，提示错误说：Simpleprocess.java:1: Simpleprocess should be declared abstract; it does not define destroy() in java.lang.Process这样的情况说明什么啊？是不是要换成线程做啊？
