    if you are using NT.
    go the the service, stop the oracle-http-service
    change into manual!and restart the server. and try!

    the oracle-http-service already stop , but the port 8080 still alive.

    stop all the oracle-http-server.I remember there are 3 http server running.
    in start->setting->control panel->service.
    not in oracle admin manager.
    Or you can restall the oracle without install the oracle-apache.

    没试过9i，但是我的8i是从service里停掉的，不知道9i的http是不是还是apache，如果是，找它安装的目录，直接改吧？或是9iAS，这个默认端口号可是8888呀？也可以在配置文件中改的。我估计你可能还有什么东西，或是干脆重启机器吧。
