if you have money/budget, VAJ/JB is good choice if you are from small company, JCreator/IDEAj are good choice, Kawa used to be good choice(but they no longer focus on Java IDE). if you are poor, Eclipse(open-source IDE from IBM, will replace VAJ, from www.eclipse.org)/jEdit(from www.sourceforge.com) are good choice.Anyway, if you are familiar with Java/ANT, Eclipse is No.1 choice(free and fast).
