Depends on what you want. Jbuilder is widest used IDE and got No.1 on Java ONE conference. So most people in China use it, and it is the best for Java application or Swing development. However, it is not well integrated into other application servers. If you are working on application server, I suggest you use one that work with the server. For example, if you are using Weblogic, then use Visual cafe. If you are using IBM, then Visual Age...
