用JBUILDER4时为什么我打不开DATABASE的CONNECTION的属性编辑器

看了jbuilder4的帮助，里面说，在jbuilder4中只有部分的数据库功能是可以使用的，如果要使用所有数据库的功能和类的话，要输入一个有关数据库的注册号，但是不知道这个注册号哪里可以找到。
