这个 regex 怎么写

我现在又个字符串 : String str ="ad ff d d 23";
这个字符窜里面 有空格或者Tab 隔开的 
我要怎么写一个regex 才能把他们split开
就是 str.split(regex);regex怎么写呢?

先替换Tab为空格，在split
String str ="ad ff d d 23 df";
str = str.replaceAll("\\t"," ");
String[] tmp = str.split(" ");

这个就可以，如果不用split还有很多方法
比如
1：String regex_1="\\b\\w+\\b";
2：String regex_2="\\G\\w+\\s*";
呵呵，就用split()，简单直接，代码还少
