问题:目前这个代码执行第一次的时候就可以解压rar文件,但是第二次就无效了。测试可以执行一次后servlet操作,删除解压后解压后的文件,在执行,rar文件就不解压了。我用的是tomcat服务器。

另:为什么不自己做Zip和UnZip,非要用外部进程呢
rar因为 不是开源的,私有密匙 所以只能调用 它自己的 rar解压程序
