warnings 没关系,比如你定义了一个private i; 但是在代码里一直没用它,就会出现这个种情况.
有个选项可以关闭提示warnings的.

去下一个插件：fatjar,打包很方便

如果是warning的话，不会影响打jar包的。是因为程序中有警告，不是错误。如果你打得包无法用，把具体得错误贴出来呀。
