RCP开发，产品导出时遇到的问题

由于工作空间采用ＵＴＦ－８编码，想通过custom build方式，修改build.xml中的javac编码来解决产品导出中文乱码问题，结果在产品导出时就报如下错误．不知如何解决？ D:\gwpis\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.pde.core\temp\org.eclipse.pde.container.feature\assemble.org.eclipse.pde.container.feature.win32.win32.x86.xml:91: The following error occurred while executing this line:
