图片上是从扫描仪扫过来的条形码,现在要识别这些条形码上的数字,请问有什么简单的算法可以实现么,或者有API?
如果用到OCR技术肯定是来不及的,2天后就要交了。

    网上看到一种比对方法是  逐个比较图片的RGB值。如果两个点的值超过一个范围(假设是10)。相似度就-1.如果相似度低于某个点 就不是。    或者也可以相反的来。
