Project Description: It’s a middleware project based on RFID technology. During this project, I have gain strong JAVA TCP/IP and Multithread develop experience.
Responsibility: With the responsibility for the logic design of the middleware, and also the communication part between the RFID tag reader and the computer terminal.Project Name: Internal Management System for Catering Enterprises.
Time: June, 2006-Auguest, 2006
Project Description: It is an enterprise system for restaurant management that contains six subsystems, includes business management, customer analysis, financial management, and warehouse management and control management subsystem.
Responsibility: As the project development team leader, responsible for the project needs analysis, application design, and also act as a core coder during the implementation.Project Name: The Water Pollution Management System for East Lake of Wuhan.
Time: June, 2006-Auguest, 2006
Project Description: It is a GIS system for water pollution management that based on the further development of the ESRI Arc Object component library. With this software, you can visually see what exactly happened to the water in the lake. The project won the second prize of the National Competition of ARC GIS Development.
Responsibility: As the team leader, I take the responsibility of the software analysis and design. Also I act as the core coder to build the water pollution model.Project Name: Alumni System for Hubei Xiaogan Senior School.
Time: May, 2006- April-2006
Project Description: It is a powerful alumni system. It has whole function of a classical alumni system though I finished it only in one month.
Responsibility: As the only developer for this project, I take responsibility for all the business.Project Name: Personal Multimedia Diary Software (JOYBOG).
Time: April, 2006 - May, 2006
Project Description: JOYBOG is multimedia-oriented diary software for individual users. Besides the basic function of add and edit diaries, it is also has the ability of recording audio and video resource.
Responsibility: Design and Implement the function of add, edit diaries, and the recording part.
COMPUTER ABILITY
 Skilled in JAVA, Passed SCJP 5.0. Be very familiar with JSP, SERVLET, EJB (JMS, JTA and JPA) and WEB SERVICES (SOAP, WSDL, and UDDI). Have rich experience with AXIS.
 Familiar with C/C++, have a strong foundation of data structures and algorithms.
 Have a good knowledge of UML and XML, and have developed a simple XML Editor during my Curriculum Design. Can use IBM Rational Rose to design software freely.
 Have solid experience of Eclipse, WSAD, WAS, MYSQL, CVS. Thanks for the free 2 DVDs of the Software Evaluation Kit offered by IBM, I have made full use of it.
 Can install and configure software under Linux freely.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE SKILLS

 Right now is preparing for the Level 3 test of JLPT of this year.

很多只是摸过把，这种就不要说“熟悉”。
所以只说了熟悉. 但是个人感觉java方面确实还可以.
我说java还可以并不是说仅仅就只是看了几本书.而且确实java方面的书看得蛮多. 算算20本应该是有的.

i think for student in school the most important thing is to enlarge his knowledge scope,dig his potential and improve study ability. i list my project experience only to show that i am not a bookwarm.given me chance , i can also achieve it.

哎，我也是北大的硕士，有工作经验，有项目经验，还有几个月CRL的实习经验 都被据了！哎，不管了，写自己的论文去了！

BS Chinahr的选拔标准
话不多说，我不是炫耀，本人获奖大大小小也有那么几个，包括IBM的竞赛，毫不夸张的说IBM的大中华地区的业务总监亲自给我颁奖，极力邀请我去IBM实习，但考虑到当时是研一，所以准备等研二的时候再投IBM的实习。我本来想通过这种正式的途径来投实习，可恨的Chinahr竟然连笔试的机会都不给我，而我实验室的另一个还是我带的研一的学生却接到笔试通知，我不知道你Chinahr是怎么筛选简历的，但有一点是我以后绝对不会通过网申的方式投简历。本人如果想进IBM的话途径千千万万，很多师兄在IBM，凭我的背景让他们内推就可以了。这也告诉那些被BS的同学们，不要丧失自信，你一个小小的不负责任的Chinahr是摆布不了同学命运的！

太震捍了, 搞Spring的大师说过,没有十年开发经验, 不要谈设计模式. 对设计模式我只敢这么吹: 熟悉常用设计模式.不过IBM招的人也有很垃圾的,呵呵.
