10g数据库编程问题

数据库为10g，前几天程序都能正常运行
最近突然连数据库报如下错误：
oracle/sql/converter/CharacterConverters violates loader constraints
实在让我摸不着头脑，哪位高手，给兄弟指条明路！再次不胜感激。
