请教大家一个JAVA中关于文件保存的问题

请问一下 在JAVA中 一个TextArea中的文字 有什么方法能保存到一个Word文档里？还有就是在一个Panel上 用g.drawXX()这种方法画出来的图样 用什么方法才能保存成一个图片文件(比如保存成bmp格式的,或者gif 格式的等等)

用控件。但是支持微软的word的大多会出问题，包括收费的控件也会出问题。所以随便找一个吧。
