尝试通过commons-net-1.4.1.jar包中的FTPFile.setTimestamp方法修改服务器端文件的上次修改日期，该方法可以正常完成执行。但是在ftp服务器端察看上次修改日期仍然是老样子，没有发生任何变化。
在网上搜索看到这样一句话:
FTPFile.setTimeStamp only changes the instance's date, but doesn't change it on the server-side.

请教各位是如何修改这个日期的？
