奇怪，js在IE9下不执行，刷新后执行，，，好神奇噢！！！！

js在IE9下不执行，刷新后执行，再跳到别的页面，返回来后也不执行，在别的版本下不存在这个问题，这是怎么回事啊ieJS

    是个js写的时间选择器，刚测试了下，ie9,10,firefox都不行，谷歌是可以的
