求解 问题不是很严重

刚测试了下，楼主代码没有问题。
看看是不是<script src="http://www.xn--zsrs47f.com/plugins/iframeTools.js" type="text/javascript"></script> 这个js导致的，先用个最简单的html页面测试看看，只保留artDialog.js

还有 调用 gonggao(); 最好放在页面加载完成后。window.onload =function(){
