js时间控制

Question

用getUTCMinutes，getUTCSeconds得到分钟和秒数，然后把得到的值转为字符串，用字符串的substring应该可以吧

getDate() 从 Date 对象返回一个月中的某一天 (1 ~ 31)。
getMonth() 从 Date 对象返回月份 (0 ~ 11)。
