1. Clean up the folder “C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\” 2. There may be some folder or file you cannot delete. 3. Open Control Panel and double-click Add or Remove Programs. Delete the 3721 related program(s). 4. Click Start and select Run. Type "regedit" without the quotation s to launch Registry Editor. 5. Search for "3721" without the quotation s and delete all the related keys. 6. Search for "CNSMIN.DLL" without the quotation s and delete all the related keys. 7. Clean up the folder “C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\” again. 8. If there still folder of file cannot be deleted, reboot to DOS mode. 9. You may not see the folder "Downloaded Program Files" under DOS mode. Use the following command to delete the hidden folder:For example, the hidden folder is named CNS: >cd CNS >attrib -r - a -s -h *.* >del *.* >cd .. >md CNS
