使用asp的button控件（叫ButSelDept），
这个控件还必须 runat=server !!切记
然后再ButSelDept.Attributes.Add("onClick","GetDeptToFrmDept()");
就好用了

ButSelDept.Attributes.Add("onClick","javascript:window.open('../FrmSelDept.aspx?TxtName=Txt_dept99' ,'win2"','width=500,height=330')");可以参考看看。不太记得了！
