其实原理真得很简单
就是onmouseover时候县是一个背景
onmouseout的时候再把背景换回来
我要的不是onmouseover和onmouseout阿，你点击一下那个网页看看。
他那个好像不是动态效果，而是在每个页中都把相关的菜单的样式改变了
