center (x,y) size(w,h) start-angle, end-angle. Draw a segment of an ellipse as describes using these parameters. A straight line is drawn from the current point to the start point of the segment.
参数
x: 圆心x轴位置
y：圆心y轴位置
w：宽
h：高
start-angle：起始角
end-angle：终止角
