一个简单问题!关于下拉列表框!

我见过一个真的可以的，但是忘了地址，现在用google都搜不到。隐约记得是在selsct外面套了一层span之类的东西，然后把select的各个margin都设为负数。但是刚才自己试验的时候做不出来，不知道少了点什么。记得那篇文章的名字好像叫破除select不能改变样式之神话之类的。这里应该有其他人也看过吧？要让我自己做，多半就显示一个平面效果的input在那里，onmouseover的时候换select显示，onmouseout的时候换回去，虽然不是很象，但是就不会挡到层了。
