js日期控件乱码问题

</html>我要是设置成现在的UTF-8那就是页面title乱码,我要是设置设置成gb2312那就是日期控件筹码，例如一月、二月等等。
gbk是不能显示的。请问各位这是啥原因？

    这能有什么原因？要看你浏览器默认的字符格式
    默认是utf-8,你用utf-8就不会有乱码！！

    另存在记事本中，看看下面选择的是ANSI还是utf-8

    你文件的编码要和浏览器一致，浏览器这么选择，IE 工具栏->查看->查看

    谢谢各位了，后来证明是缓存问题。我把Eclipse中创建的tomcat删除，再重新开一个就好了。
