首先给flash 添加属性 wmode:transparent  然后设置 将层的位置  定位到flash 的左下角 就行  其实我这里有个 demo 是 flash  本来就有文字的   要不lz 把  邮箱 发过来  给你传过去

你看那1，2，3，4，5是怎么加的不就知道了。上面有回答用CSS设置的。不管他答的对不对，楼主居然说“上面的不知道怎么加上去啊”，你这样就没招了，看完一本CSS的书再做东西吧。
