请问jscript 和 javascript 有什么区别呀？ 哪里能找到完善一点的 javascript手册呀？英文也行

区别很多，不过大部分一样，不一样的部分很少用到。
主要因为浏览器不一样造成的：同样的JAVASCRIPT脚本程序。IE按JSCRIPT标准解释。NETSCAPE以所谓的正宗JAVASCRIPT标准解释。
《JAVASCRIPT宝典》较全，不过翻译得拗口。

javascript和jscript的区别很多，如果用最简单的话来说，就是这样的：
    javascript是SUN Netscape出的东西，而jscriot是Microsoft出的东西。两个地方的东西使用的标准当然不一样了。    至于javascript的手册，你可以到SUN公司的主页上去找。
