js中这三个float型相加，结果怎么会这样？

Question

45.55+0+(-22.23)=23.319999999999997,相加代码是这样的，
var goods_amount = parseFloat(document.getElementById('goods_amount').value);
document.getElementById('dis_zongji').innerHTML = goods_amount+parseFloat(shipping_fee.value)+parseFloat(change_fee);
有的数据相加正常，有的会出现上面的情况，这是怎么回事？
