加个 target="_blank" 好像不行

加target="_blank"应该可以满足你的需求
但是你的href属性写的不多吧，还有存在uri属性吗？没有用过

因为是 用到 object 的 URI，而不是 URL， 而 URI是动态的。 不知道用windows.open 的完整代码是什么
