js日历控件问题

我现在找到一个带小时、分钟、秒的日历控件代码。但是这个控件有点不太好用有两处不能满足我的要求，希望大家能帮助我解决以下2个问题。
1、当点击某天的时候将日历控件关闭。
2、当鼠标获得焦点的时候（即日历控件加载时），使日历控件中的时间为当前文本框中的时间（包括小时、分钟、秒）。
